Bali, Finally at home!

It's amazing the feeling that Bali brings me. As soon as I arrived yesterday I felt home. Even if my parents were there and wherever they are it's like home to me, Bali is special, it makes it easy to feel welcome. I missed the air, the nature, the culture, the people so much!

The trip started very smoothly from Stockholm to London, actually great served food, and the time went by very fast. I was so worried the night before because of Mr. Volcano. But he wanted to rest, thank god!
London Heathrow was crowded as always. It's funny how people wait in front of the gate planner for their gate number to show up even if their gates open after about 20-30 minutes! I had just 5 minutes until my gate would open, so I didn't have the time to walk through the expesive shops. I like it when I don't have to wait for long, but It's always entertaining to windowshop!

It was a veeery long flight to Singapore. It felt longer for me because I couldn't sleep at all! And I didn't drink coffee and no child cried! Sometimes you just can't, and the time stopped. But I had fun too. I watched Sherlock Holmes, a very great movie, I laughed very often and sometimes I woke up my sitting neighbour because of that...hmmx. It's Complicated was on my instant movie menu too. Meryl Streep is great as always!

The service on the plane was at the top! Singapore Airlans is one of the best flight companies. But they must think that everyone is constantly hungry!! They came all the time with snacks, food, beverages...wow!

Lot of traffic was at Singapore Changi Airport, so we had to wait for 15-20 min. more until we could land. And I just had 30 min to run to the gate for my next flight to Bali. I met a very nice girl from London that was on her way to Bali too so we made each other company.
And I'm so thankful for that because when we arrived in Bali we had to wait in a queue for 3 hours!!! Just for getting the Visa, now at the airport they take the picture and fingerprints on everyone. There were 1 person for each queue. So imagine 5 planes that arrived at the same time and they spent ca. 10 min for each person to pass by....Pffff.

But finally I could hug my parents again, my bag was there, and I could enjoy my first night at home!

Saya senang sekali! - I'm very happy!
